Adjust Your Sails

This work was built as a private commissioned piece, and I'm pleased to offer prints here. The heart of the piece is an insightful Spanish Proverb: "You can't control the wind, but you can adjust your sails."

I'm particularly fond of this piece as I collaborated greatly with the patron. I fell in love with it as soon as the sailboat was completed. I claim it as my most favorited commissioned work to this date.

Canvas prints are the best replication option available and will truly make your artwork stand out. The artwork is printed on gallery wrapped canvas, with 1.5 inch thick sides and mirrored edges. These are professionally stretched and are the highest quality available. Comes with hanging system attached — ready to be placed on your wall!

The paper print comes with masterful detail and color quality. Would look great in a contemporary frame. Printed on 100 year archival satin paper. The prints are high resolution, with a crisp detail that captures the colors and subtleties of each work.

Ships flat and sturdy, well-packaged and tight in a thin cardboard box.

Journal: Sails

Oh the stories these journals are telling. One will be traveling between siblings stretched across the country. Another will bring a friend back into the world of prayer. Others are gifts for a group of long-standing soul-sisters.
There's a rich history of journals as sacred space to revive the soul. And, in the reflective quiet of my studio time, my own art revives my soul. To be able to share it with you and help you find ways to bring healing in your own inner life? Oh what a privilege. Thank you.
Pages are lined on one side and blank on the other. It's a great way to inspire creativity and ideation, with room for both verbal and visual thought. Each journal is complete with a white ribbon attached at the top of the spine to help keep your place during your written journey.
